Levington – garage burglary & theft of tools

Police are appealing for information following a garage burglary on Church Lane in Levington at approximately 4am Saturday 8th November.  A green holdall bag* was stolen. Ref: 37/63543/25

At approximately 4.30am on Saturday 8th November also on Church Lane, an unknown male was seen looking in the rear of a van.  The owner of the vehicle had been awoken by a noise coming from his driveway.  He disrupted the suspect who ran away.  The van owner found tools discarded in a holdall bag* further along the road.  The tools belonged to a neighbour, also on Church Lane.
